Registration
You don't need to register to view the website. Registration is required to use the shopping facility. You must register as a member before posting content on the Pleasurements website. We may change the registration requirements from time to time. Your registration details are essential, and you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
You agree to notify us immediately of any changes that are relevant to your registration by informing us at service@pleasurements.com. You may hold only one active membership at any time. Pleasurements reserves the right to deny membership, products, and services to any member or visitor to the Pleasurements website.

Customs & Duty
Please note that all shipments outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Pleasurements has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Payments can be made with VISA, Mastercard, iDEAL, Maestro, Mistercash, Giropay, Wallet, and DIRECT ebanking, or any other legally valid payment method.
Insurance
We ensure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
Packaging
Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent in. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid any danger of suffocation. Also, keep it away from fire, as the packaging could be flammable. Pleasurements cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.
Limitations of Liability
While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we can't guarantee its accuracy, whether explicitly or implied.
Governing Law
Pleasurements will be governed by and construed following the laws of The Netherlands, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
Gift returns
If you have received an item from Pleasurements as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the difference in costs and the additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

We accept no responsibility for websites or additional information, practices, or products of other parties linked to the website. Your dealings with persons found via the website are between you and such persons, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of such transactions.

Promotional Code and Online Offer Terms and Conditions
From time to time we may issue promotional discount codes to individuals or groups of people. Each code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you. However, general conditions for the use of voucher codes are:
- They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or items in the sale.

Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers
Pleasurements offers gift cards and gift vouchers for use in our online store (www.pleasurements.com).
Purchase & Validity
Gift cards and gift vouchers are valid for a minimum of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards purchased from our store are prepaid for the equivalent value and can be used as a payment method at checkout.
Voucher codes cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or gift vouchers.
Personalisation, Name & Non‑Transferability
Gift cards and gift vouchers issued by Pleasurements are personalised, issued strictly on name, and non‑transferable.
By default, gift cards are issued in the name of the purchaser.
Only if the purchaser explicitly designates another recipient at the time of purchase via the website, and provides the recipient’s first name, last name and valid e‑mail address, the gift card will be issued in the name of that recipient.
After issuance, the name associated with the gift card cannot be changed, and transfer or resale to third parties is excluded.
Gift cards may only be redeemed by the individual in whose name the gift card has been issued.
Redemption
Gift cards and gift vouchers can be redeemed in full or in part. Any remaining balance remains on the card for future use.
Gift cards can be combined with other gift cards in a single order.
Gift cards cannot be used for subscription payments beyond the first delivery.
Non‑Refundable
Gift cards and gift vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Purchases paid (in full or in part) with a gift card cannot be refunded in cash. Any refund will be credited back to the original gift card.
Loss or Theft
Pleasurements is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use does not entitle the holder or purchaser to replacement or compensation.
